With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
Should you find that the goods you have purchased from us are unsuitable, they can be returned for a prompt refund or exchange if they are received back at the address below within 30 days, in new, unused condition, with the original packaging, labelling and Swallow Aquatics receipt. Items that have been assembled cannot be returned, even if disassembled. The 30 days start from the day of dispatch, but as a minimum includes a period of 7 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period. We will provide a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. No goods are supplied on approval, and goods supplied for business use are excluded.
Before returning goods to us, you must notify us, by telephone on01953 714091 , or by email support@swallowaquatics.co.uk.
We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery for your protection. All return postage charges must be met by the customer, unless he or she is returning the goods due to a fault. In the case of warranty returns, goods must be clean and free from dirt to comply with the current Health and Safety Regulations. DVDs, videos and books are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless incorrect or defective.Damage in transit must be reported within 7 working days of the receipt of delivery by email support@swallowaquatics.co.uk.

Pallet Deliveries - 1 man delivery service for large furniture sets and Barbeques
The majority of garden furniture sets and Barbecues will be delivered on a wooden pallet, this is to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition.The delivery driver will not be able to carry the items up or down steps, carry the items through a property, wheel the pallet across a gravel driveway or up particularly steep driveways. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them. The driver will normally only be able to wheel the pallet as far as physically possible which may even be the kerbside.On pallet deliveries please assume the delivery will be made on a long heavy goods vehicle, please contact us if there are weight, height or parking restrictions or difficult access points before your order is despatched so that we can make alternative arrangements, failure to do so may result in a failed delivery and re-delivery charge.Pallet deliveries cannot be made :
