Do you sell plants online?

At present we do not list our extensive range of plants online, we are working with the plant area staff to begin listing ‘seasonal’ plants for delivery within the UK.

Do you do local delivery for large and bulky items?

Yes we do, please contact the store nearest you for details and prices.

Something’s gone wrong, who do I contact?

You can ring the store, and discuss products and other issues with our staff, or send an email to our helpdesk. Out of hours ,internet order information and queries can be left on our Internet order line which has an answerphone: 01953 714090.

My friend found something instore or online, but I cannot find it now!

Some of our items are from very small production runs, and when they are gone they are gone.It’s always worth sending us an email or giving us a call, we might have one left!

Can I collect an item from a Swallow Aquatics Store?

It’s possible; please contact us to arrange this.

My payment receipt says Swallow Aquatics / Meldongreen, whats happening?

Meldongreen is our parent company and Google likes to put this on the card receipt. We are trying to change this!

Swallow Aquatics is also a trading name, so does appear on credit card receipts.

Can your florists make my wedding bouquets?

They certainly can, they have made some incredible displays from artificial and dried flowers, give them a call to discuss your needs on 01206 242521.

You’ve got sheds and fireplaces instore, but I cannot see them on the website.

These are concessions based in or around the garden centre, and are only available in store at the time being.
