Product Specification

Faraday is one of the best, if not the best new Dwarf French Bean to become available for some time. It produces excellent uniform pencil pods which are 6-8mm in diameter and13-15cm (5-6") long. the pods are straight, neat and good in colour. This new variety really is a must for any keen bean grower. This family of beans is frost tender and cannot be sown until the weather has warmed up.,

WHERE TO SOW
Early sowings in a glasshouse, iwth 2 or 3 seeds into a 9cm (3 1/2") pot. Outside sowings from May onwards 5cm (2") deep spaced 5cm (2") apart in rows 30cm (12") apart.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
Glasshouse seedlings should be gradually hardened off before planting outside in late May to the spacings above. Direct sowings should be thinned to single seedlings as soon as large enough to handle. Water regularly.

It is probably better to sow small lots at regular intervals as this will ensure a continuous supply of beans.
