Products available at exclusive in store prices
Some large, fragile or difficult to ship items are available at a lower price in store than we can sell them online, these include some garden furniture and statues. The online price is a delivered price, but if you live locally to one of our branches please call the branch for a delivery quote. These items may not always be available for immediate collection from all stores, so again please contact us before making a special journey.
Please note: If a delivery is refused and returned back to us, a re-delivery charge will need to paid to re-arrange the delivery. If unsuccessful, your order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge will need to paid to re-arrange the delivery.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Should you find that the goods you’ve purchased from us are unsuitable, they can be returned for a prompt refund or exchange if they are received back at the address below within 90 days, in new, unusued condition, with the original packaging, labelling and Mill Race Garden Centre receipt. Items that have been assembled cannot be returned, even if disassembled. The 90 days start from the day of dispatch, but as a minimum includes a period of 7 working days from the day after delivery to you as the permitted cancellation period. We will provide a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. No goods are supplied on approval, and goods supplied for business use are excluded.
Before returning goods to us, you must notify us, by telephone on 01953 714091 , or by email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We recommend that items being returned be sent via insured, trackable delivery for your protection. All return postage charges must be met by the customer, unless he or she is returning the goods due to a fault. In the case of warranty returns, goods must be clean and free from dirt to comply with the current Health and Safety Regulations. DVDs, videos and books are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, unless incorrect or defective.
All of the above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
