These rainproof advanced slug killer pellets are attractive to both slugs and snails and contain a naturally occurring active ingredient ferric phosphate. When consumed the cause the slugs and snails to stop feeding and after dying the pests and pellets are broken down by micro organisms. The pellets breakdown into iron and phosphate beneficial to plants. They are resistant to rainfall and are completely safe to use in areas where children, pets and wildlife may be present.
